I'm sure someone else has done this, but incase no one has here is what I did.

Ingrediants:
1.7 oz Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in Water (46.7g) (or 2/3 of tuna you usually have)
1 slice of Kraft Fat free cheese (I used Sharp Cheddar)
1 Tbsp of diet mayo
1 piece of diet bread
1-2 slices of tomato

- Toast Bread
- Mix Tuna and Mayo and place on piece of Toast
- place slices of tomatoes on top of tuna
- Place slice of cheese on top.
- Now put it in the toaster oven or broiler and melt the cheese.
- Enjoy.

I came up with this while watching some cooking shows. I'm trying to find some good easy recipes. Man I wished olive oil was on the diet.  :(

1    - Protien
1    - Bread
1/8 - Vegatable
1    - Garnish

Tony

Sounds delicious.  I will try it when I have tomato in stock.

Thanks.

Originally started the diet in May 2007. Got down to 201 and got off track.  Had a tonne of trouble getting back on track. A month into being completely focused I found out I was pregnant!!! Had my sweet little angel in June 2009 and started all over again in Febuary 2010.  This time I got down to 186 but when I looked in the mirror all I saw was the fat me.  I couldn't *see* the weight loss.  Needless to say, fell off the bandwagon all over again.  Here I am again at my highest weight yet.
