|I LOVE this recipe & eat it almost every day!|
I make mine a little differently though...
16bag frozen cauliflower florettes
Pam Butter Spray
Heat oven to 400, pour bag of cauliflower on sprayed baking pan, sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 30min, turn & bake for another 25-30min - there are a few bits that get charred sometimes, but they're mostly just golden brown & yummy! Plus, it's a lot quicker & easier than chopping a head of cauliflower, and frozen cauliflower is more economical than a fresh head (at least here in the US)
I made this yesterday to go with my chicken at lunch and it was so good. I didn't use frozen, I used fresh but it was a very nice change. For supper I made cauliflower rice and that was also delish.
