Here is one recipe that I find SUPER quick & yummy.

- 1 tbsp allowable mustard (I like dijon)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves - minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp paprika

Mix above ingredients together, marinade chicken for 30mins -cook!  (I use my george foreman grill $20 @ walmartor wherever).

Yield: 1 Protein, 1 Miscellanous:Garnishes*, 1 Miscellanous:Seasonings

* 1 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar per day
