ok I got this recipe off a magazine that originally called for pork chop but I used tenderloin instead and I messed with the measurements so feel free to play around..
INGREDIENTS Meat (pork but im sure you can use it on other meat) 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground cumin sea salt ground pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (i didn't have so I used 1/2 tsp paprika and 1/2 tsp chili flakes for that delish kick) *recipe calls for olive oil but I used spray canola or PAM
METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 425 2. combine all spices in bowl 3. Spray meat with PAM and coat with the spice rub 4. brown pork on pan or skillet using medium-high heat to seal juices 5. Place in oven for 20 min and bake 6. Let the meat cool before cutting to make sure it stays juicey
Enjoy with mashed "potatoes" ooooh so filling and savoury
