OK so I finally tried making this over the weekend and I think im love haha..I have to give credit where credit is due I got this recipe from the Canyon Ranch Cookbook

INGREDIENTS
16 oz asparagus, chopped and lightly steamed
2 1/4 teaspoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 large tomato, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt, optional
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
Dash Tabasco sauce
4 tablespoons of sour cream
In a blender or food processor, combine asparagus, lemon juice, onion, tomato, salt, chili powder, cumin, pepper, garlic, Tabasco, and sour cream; blend until smooth.
METHOD
Transfer the guacamole to a bowl. Cover tightly and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving for flavors to blend.

I adjusted the measurements when I made it to help me keep track of the serving and I went way overboard with the cumin (i have never been good in the kitchen) h

I think it makes about 5 or 6 servings of veggies and about 1/2 serving of Misc unless you choose to add more sour cream :)

Tried this tonight.  I omitted the sour cream just because I don't like to use up my garnishes if I don't have to.  It was delicious.  I served it warm on tilapia.  Yummy!
