I got this idea from one of the many diet blogs I visit on a regular basis.

2-3 egg whites
FF cream cheese of choice (smoked salmon or herb and garlic work best)

Heat pan with PAM to create a non-stick surface. Fry Eggs like an omlette. Try and make the egg whites spread out, cook them until they are nearly dry on the side facing up and flip them over carefully, trying not to break the round shape.

Try not to overcook the eggs, so cook them on the lowest setting you have patience for.

Once the Eggs are cooked, slide the round, thin omlette onto a cutting board and cut into 1/4 inch slices so they resemble a fettucine.

Heat up cream cheese in pan and toss in 'noodles'. Combine ingredients in warm pan  until cream cheese melts and coats the noodles. It feels you're like such a decadent dinner or side dish - take scare of my alfredo cravings!
