Grilled Cheese Sandwich

2 slices of allowed bread (one that is 1=1)
1-3 allowed cheese slices
Becel or ICBINB spray

Put the cheese in the bread, spray either side of the sandwich with the butter spray, and toss it on a George Foreman (excellent results) or frying pan (possibly with PAM) until the bread is toasted and the cheese has melted. Dip in allowed ketchups if you love grilled cheese and ketchup like I do :)

Yield: 2 bread, protein varies depending on how many slices you use, 1-2 garnishes depending on if you use ketchup or not to dip.

With some veggies on the side, it's a very satisfying meal! Broccoli or cauliflower with the remaining cheese melted on top if you don't use all 3 slices is yummy too and makes for a gooey, cheesy dinner. :bounce:

.....I have yet to find any bread where one slice = 1 serving.

SO...........I made a major "oops" on the weekend and made it with the LaTortilla wraps.  However I was not thinking, and put it in the GF grill.  Well..............the cheese ran right out of it all over..............big mess.

Next time I think it will still be good in the tortillas, but I will cook it in a pan or grill in oven...............LOL..................
