I used to use this chicken cordon bleu recipe when I followed other diets, but I've made a few substitutions so that I can enjoy it on Dr. B.
Hungry-Girl Chicken Cordon Bleu
a little less than 100g chicken breast (depends on the type and amount of ham slices you use, I alter this so that the ham + chicken breast = 1 protein serving)
1-2 slices of allowed sliced ham
1 serving allowed Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese (in place of the Laughing Cow Cheese; I usually use the Light Garden Vegetable (2 tsp), but you can use 95% Fat free plain (1 tbsp), or 95% fat free herb & garlic (1 tbsp))
1 protein, 1 misc. garnish
Then I just follow the cooking instructions on the recipe. Enjoy!
