Wow, thanks for the welcome from everyone, I have been visitng the site for 3 days and love it so far.  I plan on putting before and after pics up as well, only thing i didn;t take a before pic, but only been a month, i will improvise hehe.

High hopes for the weigh in tomorrow.

STRICT:                              MAINTENANCE:
Weeks 1-4:  20.6 lbs            Started Maintenance on 05/12/08
Weeks 5-8:  10.6 lbs              at 131.8 lbs.
Weeks 9-12: 13.6 lbs           Struggled with weight going up
Weeks 13-16: 9.2 lbs              as much as 5lb since starting
Total loss by week 17              Maintenance.
= 55.8 lbs                            Now back on track.
Happy with this result!           It's a day-by-day learning
                                             experience!

Hey Angela.  Go to "Your Control Panel"  link, click on the "personal info." tab, then on "edit your profile".  Scroll down until you see the box underneath your ticker.  This "your signature" box and you can type anything you want there.  :)
