The clinic sells all 3 of the oatmeal flavors, but only the Chicken Noodle of the soup. The different soup flavors do have different nutrition values, so I wouldn't use any of the others without running them by the clinic first.
I did try the Chicken Noodle soup the other day and it was pretty decent. Make it with at least 8 ounces of water to keep it from being too thick and salty (I made it with 6 ounces). Of all of the convenient proteins (bars, shakes, oatmeals, etc.) the soup has the lowest calories (90 calories), so that's another thing it has going for it.
