I'm planning to put in an order, don't really want to pay $16 per box to the clinic if I can get them for $10 online (with the dollar at par and all, plus the 10% coupon).  Question is, are the other flavours ok for those of us on strict?  Ie. I think I would love the berry one, but they don't have that in canada, so is that still ok to order?  I think I would get one of each to start, and find which one I like the best, I just want to make sure we can try any of them.  Thanks!

Yep, all of the flavors of these bars are sold in the U.S. clinics and therefore are fine.  I like the Crisp n' Crunch bars a lot better than the other ones.

thanks brian.  What about the ones on this page?  The supreme caramel ones are the ones I get from the clinic (I actually like them), but I would be interested in trying the wildberry flavour in that type of bar too.

Below are all the flavors sold at my clinic.  All of the bars on the page you reference have pretty much the same nutritional content, so should be interchangable, but if you wanted to be absolutely strict, you'd stick to ones on the list below:

Supreme Caramel
Supreme Peanut
Crisp 'n Crunch Peanut
Crisp 'n Crunch Fudge Graham
Crisp 'n Crunch Cocoa Cafe
Coconut Almond
Chocolate Chip
Hazelnut
Chocolate Peanut Crunch
Double Chocolate Crunch (discontinued?)
Crunchy Cereal Caramel
Crunchy Cereal Chocolate
Crisp 'n Crunch Cinnamon

shoot, I see the berry one isn't on the list.....  It looks like it has the same content, except for some lower potassium amounts.... anyone tried it?

Just a couple personal product opinions for the maintainers who may be trying a variety of things.

First, on my last order I bought both flavors (BBQ and Sour Cream & Onion) of the ProtiDiet Snacks.  I had the BBQ the other day and it was pretty darn good.  I had the Sour Cream and Onion today and honestly it wasn't very good -- way too salty and the flavor was sorta odd.  Unfortunately I bought a whole box of each.  Of course I'll eat the BBQ, but the others may go in the hurricane supplies box or something (hey, you can't just throw out shelf stable protein!).

I also used two of my 3 "free samples" to get a chocolate chip, and a peanut butter ProtiDiet cookie.  I have to say that by themselves they were both moist, yet dry at the same time (if that's possible).  They weren't yucky, but they weren't great either.  They'd have been really good with a scoop of ice cream on top.   :D   I don't think I'd ever order a box of them, but they were good enough that I might request them as a free sample again.

Right now the two items that I go through the most of are the ProtiDiet Honey Nut Cereal [maintainers only] (I add a bag of this to my "normal" cereal every morning to boost the protein without adding hardly any carbs), and the Apple Cinnamon ProtiDiet Oatmeal [same one the clinic sells] (which I add to the blender when making my shakes to boost the protein and thickness).  I pretty much am ordering those two products about 5 or 6 boxes at a time.

If I try anything else new I'll post a review.

Thanks Mysticial!  I hadn't noticed that.  I don't know if I'm too lazy to actually box it up and send it back or not, but at least now I know I have the option!

Well...yesterday received my second order and it took exactly the same time as before...7 business days.  This time I did have to pay something....$10.68 which is the post office $5.00 "handling fee" to collect money from you and submit to the govt." and gst.  No duty or pst was charged.  The guy in the post office explained that it is indeed the luck of the draw depending on whose path the parcel crosses  in customs.  Even with the $10 bucks I think it's still an excellent deal compared to prices at the clinic....and I do love that ProtiDiet Honey Nut Cereal !! (maintainers only)  :D

I really really enjoy the stuff too.  Very low in carbs.  When I'm having a big breakfast, I have 3/4 cup of Special K protein plus, 1 cup of All Bran Extra Fiber, 2 cups of puffed kamut, and 2 bags of the ProtiDiet honey nut cereal.  Then douse it with a couple cups of Almond Breeze (and lots of liquid Splenda).  It is a very bulky meal, has over the RDA for dietary fiber, hits my protein target for that part of the day, and really fills me up.

Above breakfast not strict legal -- not even maintenance legal until "all things in moderation" and even then -- define "moderation"...
