Hi Everyone, I was one of the original members of this Forum and was on the Diet late 2006 and early 2007 and had amazing results, fast forward 13 years and things have slipped a little. My wife Shelley and I have moved to the Okanagan in BC and now have a slower lifestyle which has had an impact on our weight, Shelley is looking forward to joining and I am looking forward to rejoining with the At Home Program and are curious on how the program is working for you guy? Any issues with self injections or self monitoring? Any feedback is appreciated and I'm looking forward to reconnecting with some old friends and making some new ones.
