Sorry if someone already posted a similar recipe, but if not you just may really enjoy this one!
8oz. of baby spinach leaves
teaspoon of garlic
lemon juice (as much or as little as you like)
Start by spraying a frying pan with pam and heat up the garlic. When golden then add the spinach. It seems like a LOT of spinach, but you'd be surprised at how little of an amount it looks when cooked. Make sure to keep stirring the spinach in the pan - you don't want it to burn! Slowly add a few drizzles of lemon juice as you go. Careful to not add too much, it may totally overpower the spinach!
This is extremely quick and easy!
