I Don't know about you but I miss chips sometimes and these hit the spot.  They couldn't be easier to make.  Simply take:

a few leaves of Kale or Chard around 50g (use your discretion)
Spray a baking sheet with pam
Lay leaves ontop and spray with Pam

Bake at 375" for 5-10 mins or until crisp to touch, it is important to watch them as they will burn easily if left to long.

Lightly season and enjoy!

-Counts as part of your vegetable serving.

Originally started 1/4/10 and lost 105lbs by 11/12/10.
Regained over half of it back by 3/6/12.  LOST almost all of it again by July 2012, all the way back down to 180!  Gained it back and thensome by Jan 2013 :-(  At it again!

I know as long as I keep trying I will get there.  Planning a wedding for Nov 2013.. great motivator.

Well I'll ask about it but it's a leafy green so I can't see it being an issue.  Chard is allowed so why wouldn't Kale be, that being said you can sub Chard for Kale for the same outcome if you are worried about it.
