This product is worth the drive to the States for me. Need I say more? Be advised that only the Strawberry & Cream flavour is listed on the Acceptable Food List.

This yogurt is great stuff.  Make sure you get some on any visit to the States if you're in Canada.  It was definitely a treat for me while on strict and I can't wait to get some more!

If you're in the U.S., then you can get this most anywhere.  If you're driving across the border for it, Super Wal-Mart is your best bet.  This is great stuff.  I really like putting a serving of this over top of a serving of sugar free Jello.  It volumizes it and lets you enjoy it longer.  As Noma said, the Strawberries & Cream is the only flavor on the approved list, but the other flavors (Blueberry, Vanilla, and Peach) have the same nutritional content and you might be able to get your clinic to approve them for you.  The Peaches & Cream is pretty tough to find anywhere but Super Wal-Mart.

This is a great "strict legal" treat.

Not all the reviewed products are approved for the strict portion of the Dr. Bernstein diet; some are just for maintainers and some fall into a "gray area". You must check with your clinic before consuming a product that is not listed on the Dr. Bernstein Acceptable Food Lists. Also -- as food lists are updated periodically -- it is important to verify a product is still approved.
