As long as I have these I'll never miss Honey Nut Cheerios. They're great mixed in with plain yogurt and berries. They are a bit pricey so I won't be eating them everyday, but considering that they contain a full 15 grams of protein (and they taste so darn good), I'll continue to buy these for travel and an occasional treat.

These are great as a snack to fill those mid-afternoon "munchies".  I keep some spare at work or when I know I'll be at a long meeting or seminar.  Instead of a muffin or some other high carb/fat snack that is usually served, I whip out my "cheerios" and munch on them.

Absolutely love these both with unsweetened soy milk (add Splenda liquid) or as Brian said as a dry snack.  As a matter of a fact I think this is fast becoming my new addiction.

These are a daily part of my diet -- I have at least one package every day.  They make a great cereal, but they are so sweet and crunchy that they make a great dry snack too.  This is a great way to get in some protein without a ton of carbs.  I love these.
