Love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!  I can eat this stuff on it's own, but I usually have it with Almond Breeze as a breakfast.  It's great and crunchy (but don't let it sit for long - it doesn't taste good soggy, but I don't think much does!).  It manages to keep me satisfied for a good period of time!

I thought this cereal was very good - the strawberry bits were tasty.  A great value compared to some of the other high protein cereals.  It has more carbs, and less protein than the ProtiDiet Honey Nut cereal, but is a more complex cereal too and a nice change.

Good but kind of cardboard-ish.  Tasted great when mixed with another sweeter cereal such as Dixie Diner Smaps All Natural Soy Cereal Sweet Maple

This is not sweetened with Splenda as the Vanilla Almond and Maple Pecan flavours are so it is not the one to eat dry as a sweet healthy snack like the others.  However, with soy milk (of course sweetened with Brian's liquid Splenda) it is very tasty and and few pieces of strawberry that are in there do add a nice taste when they hit the taste buds.
