This is a high protein, low carb cereal recommended for review by a member.  The numbers look great and I couldn't wait to try them. Now that I have, I have to say I really like them. They look sort of like Rice Crispies, but are very crunchy. They have a lot of protein in them, and pretty low calories (especially considering the protein content). They are artificially sweetened, so they are good for responsible snacking too.

Also available in a plain soy flavor as "Nutlettes All Natural Whole Soy Cereal" (reviewed separately).

I like these on their own as a mini snack and almost find them too sweet?!?! lol.  I tried mixing them with the hi-lo and I really didn't like it (with the Almond Breeze).  They're nice and crunchy!  I'll try them out with yogurt though, I think they'd be pretty good in that!

Bought these at the Low Carb Grocery Store this weekend.  I very much like the hard crunchiness, however, it is not sweet enough for me to eat dry as a sweet snack like the Hi Lo cereal or the Protidient cereal.  I particularly enjoy it mixed in some yogurt, with diet jello and flax seed meal.  Makes for a filling healthy snack and the added protein is a real boon.  The crunchiness in this mixture is terrifically satisfying.

This was recommended to me by the staff at the LCG when I was there one day.  It is conveniently packed with two pouches of cereal in the box.  They look like Rice Krispies but are a lot crunchier.  I found it sweet enough on its own and good when mixed with another not-so-sweet cereal (Hi-Lo).  As mentioned...the numbers are good too.
