I recently tried these hot cereals available in Cinnamon and Spice, Divine Pecan Praline, Strawberries N Cream and Vanilla Almond.  I've tried the Strawberry and Vanilla versions (I hadn't see these flavours in other hot cereals) and was very impressed.  The serving size ends up being larger than other hot cereals (it's also 30-40 more calories).  They pack an incredible 10-14g of fibre which reduces the net carbs.  If you let it sit too long it settles into a bit of a paste but otherwise it is very filling and satsfying.  The Praline appears to be higher in calories, carbs and sugars so be sure you check the nutritionals.  They come unsweetened so 3 drops of liquid Splenda is good for me or 1 packet.

The flavouring (I've tried Strawberry and Vanilla so far) is very subtle and not overpowering at all (some might find it not enough).

Since these are larger packets (10 servings/resealable package) they appear to be a bit cheaper per serving...about $1.00.
