This is very tasty granola. It can be used as a cereal on its own, mix with other cereals to augment flavour, add to yogurt or even eat as a snack on its own. It's high in fibre and has a decent amount of protein. It's got 6g of sugar alcohol so definitely not for strict or early maintenence.
