I found this recently at Loblaws (available anywhere President's Choice products are sold).  There are three types of cereal in the box..sort of like Rice Krispies, All Bran, and Corn Flakes all mixed together, so if you like mixing your cereals (which I do) then this is already done for you!  The big thing is that there is 13g of protein per serving which is more than I've seen in any "mainstream" cereal.  It's high in carbs but the serving size is a whopping 1 1/4 cups.  I find half a bowl sufficient.  I use Almond Breeze for my 'milk' and don't even add any Splenda since the cereal is already sweetened.  Even my young kids like it which I don't mind since for me it's a better choice than regular Corn Flakes...at least they're getting some protein too! (Now if they could only incorporate some broccoli in there as well!)

Serving: 1 1/4 Cup, Calories: 210, Fat: 1.5g, Total Carbs: 35g, Dietary Fiber: 4g, Sugars: 8g, [Net Carbs: 31g], Protein: 13g
