Fitness Chart - Excel spreadsheets that tracks your weight, your inches which then calculates your % body fat, BMI, and shows your loss to date. All you do is enter the info on one worksheet (DATA) and it automatically updates your chart/graphs to see how well you have done.

*note - there are two seperate files for MALE & FEMALE.

INSTRUCTIONS: Replace the sample data in the first seven (white) columns, and in the Height boxes to the right.  The last four (yellow) columns will be calculated for you using formulas.  Then, see your progress by looking at the Measurements, Weight and BMI, and Weight and Body Fat Charts on the other worksheets.

Thank you for adding this spreadsheet to track progress. It's very well done.
I've recently started back onto the diet to lose all my baby weight. I originally lost about 30lbs after my second child two years ago thanks to the plan but there were no support forums then. It's nice to see them now! I also love the weight tracker in your signature. How do I make one for myself? My goal this time is quite a bit larger and I could use the visual motivation!

The short answer to your question is to click on "Your Control Panel" at the top of the screen (right under your name) and then you'll see a link in red.
