1 cup chicken broth 100g firm tofu cut into slices (or your choice of protein) 1 tbsp chilli garlic paste (the one with only chillis,garlic,vinegar. can add less) 1/2 or 1 tbsp tomato paste (optional) 4 oz cauliflower 2 oz tomato 2 oz bean sprouts 4 oz shirataki noodles (i prefer the clearish white ones but the tofu linguine are tasty in this too) chopped green onions
Boil chicken broth with tofu, cauliflower, tomato, tomato paste.
When everything is cooked to your preference, add shirataki noodles, bean sprouts and chilli paste.
Top with green onions and enjoy!
I have to admit I actually just microwaved this all together in a bowl instead of "real" cooking and it was great anyway! I don't know how I feel about posting this because I dont want anyone to make something they hate but it was good to me. 
I believe this becomes 1 veg serving, 1 protein serving, 1 garnish.
