Here are the nutritional breakdowns of the bars, oatmeal packs and soups made for Dr. Bernstein. The company that makes it is called Beatrix.

D'oh.  You sent me the attachment to post, I got it, and forgot about it.  Here it is!  (I also figured out why it wouldn't upload -- it was due to the size -- I increased the max attachment size, so this should be OK going forward.)

Through a little research I've been able to determine that the products on the Bariatrix Website (which are described in the PDF attached in the previous post) correspond to the "Dr. Bernstein" branded products, but in my clinic they also sell other bars and packs that are not Bernstein branded, but instead branded "ProtiDiet".  The ProtiDiet branded products are made by Pro-Amino International, Inc.  Their website doesn't have much nutritional data for their bars and packs, so I've gathered the data for the ones I've bought so far and am posting it here for reference.

I stopped eating the bars after about a week because I found it slowed down my weight loss considerably (I had one a day which counted as 1 protein and 1/2 fruit)

The Dr B pudding (vanilla) is also quite good, although quite pricey compared to the bars...

I try to use the bars only for "emergency" meals when I just can't make a meal.  I prefer to use the AdvantEDGE ready-made protein shakes as meals because they have nearly no carbs and only count as 1 protein.  In fact, I have an AdvantEDGE shake for breakfast every day since I have to eat 3 proteins a day.

The Dr. B bars do have a lot of carbs.

Just wondering if this info is still valid.  I asked for the bar with the highest fibre content and they gave me "chocolate peanut crunch" made by Bariatrix.  It is really yummy, but has only 2g of fibre, and I need all the fibre I can get!
Thanks!

If you are looking to get more fibre - try Benefibre - green container, sugar free, tasteless so you can just add it to your water.  Yes it is allowed and actually recommended by the clinic and it does help.

Thanks Michelle.  They told me about Benefibre and I have been using it, but my body is stubborn.  I've always had a problem with slow transition (from childhood) and am trying everything.  I did a 'constipation' search here and found many helpful ideas.  I think it was you who mentioned the DTR tea.  Do you know what it is that makes that work?  I got some, along with the caffeine free licorice.  And I've been making Brian's version of the fibre bran muffins.
It's just that the bars I got only state 2g of fibre, while on the website, it says 5.

Summer, have you ever tried shirataki noodles?? i take benefibre every day to help with my constipation, but i have never felt better in that way since i started eating shirataki noodles every day... they are mostly made up of a water-soluble dietary fiber called glucomannan... it is the one thing (in combination with always getting in enough water) that has really made a difference with me!

and i should add, i have always had trouble with slow transition too... that is the number 1 function of glucomannan.. it quickens transit time!

No, I haven't tried them, although I have been meaning to after all the posts here.  I didn't know they were good for this 'problem'.  Thanks Dainty.  I'm learning so much from you all!:)
