Hello all
First I want to say what a wonderful you have going here, great support.
I have made a decision to join Dr.B again, I did it onnce for about 2 months 6 years ago, did very well, but went on vacation and never went back, I thought I could keep all the weight off myself. So now, 6 years and 60 pounds later, here Iam realizing that although expensive, I know that it will work for me, and I can not put a price on my health. Iam in a great position to do it becasue Iam living with my parents, so the cost is not a problem.
Iam going to call the clinic today to book the consultion and once I return form my next 2 week all inlcusive vacation, Iam ready to join Bernsteins!!

Thanks guys.
I know that I want to lose 100lbs to get to "my" personal goal.
I have a picture, with the corresponding weight, when I was happy and comfortable.
The Dr.B weight seems unrealisitic to me, but who knows, it could happen.
Just waiting for a return phone call to confirm wether my consultation will be the 2nd or 4th of October.
Getting excited...

Great! I did a restart after 3 years away from the clinic. It feels so weird to be back but I've lost 30 pounds now. The clinic goal weight they want me at is ridiculous so I'm setting my own. There's a lot more items on the food list from when you were on it before. It makes the diet manageable.

I have been reading this forum like crazy, and the diet does seem alot more managable, and there is ALOT more to eat than I remember.
When Iam strict about something, I do fantastic, but if i waver one little bit, i can never get back on track, have a few little extra foods makes the diet sound much more appealing. Getting really geared up for it, Have 10 more days, then vacation, and then a great new start at life!!
