Go see Dave at Lifespan Fitness for BodPod body composition and Ree/Vue resting metabolic rate.  He's a great guy and his attention to detail is top notch (and I don't say that about very many people).

Dave has a mobile unit, but if you go to his location the fees are $45 for the RMR and $45 for the BodPod.  A great price for two great services!  Tell him you're a Dr. B patient -- he loves to know when he's testing "one of us".
