I am getting pumped to start Dr. B and my consult is coming quickly!  I read through my food booklet (thanks Brian!)     My consult is booked on a thursday so I think I may start monday the 29th but I am terrible at meal planning and this is why I have failed every other diet I have done.  Is there a section on this forum where people have posted their meal plans or ideas?? I am super uncreative and get bored really easy so I need lots of ideas.  I tried to search but I think it is too broad.....any advice would be great!  Thanks!

Well congrats for all of this spirit!  I found having a case of tuna on hand is a good way to work.  I also cut up and measure all my veggies for the week at once so I can just grab and go.  Because my work schedule changes horrendoesly from day to day, I bought the chicken on a stick for my last protein of the day.  I also just tend to mic the chicken and throw on whatever spices that are easy to grab.

The cookbook with the soup is good to make bulk and put into the fridge..... I have bought my chicken and measured it and put it into the freezer so that it does not get mixed up with rest of the family.  I tend to only eat two meals a week with my family so I like quick, easy solutions.
