Hi all,
I have been away from the Boards but not the Diet...this morning as I waited for Weigh-In, Brian's promo board hung above my head and I realized how much I missed 'checking in' with everybody! Brian you look good in Media! 
I told the nurse - " I know that guy!"
If it wasn't for your Board I wouldn't be this far along (hug)
The first few months depended on it....
As an FYI, my son (17) went on the diet to lose about 20lbs two weeks ago.. Because he is 6'2 and was considered a healthy weight at 208 (but his BMI was high) they have been allowing him to do the diet but are strictly monitoring him at each 5lb loss...he loves the nurses and feels great! He has lost 10lbs already and feels much more confident...I was nervous about letting him do it but the nurses all make such a fuss over him and take such good care so its been again just the BEST experience...
Hope everyone is doing great - is it my imagination or is there ALOT more traffic/posts? Amazing!
Happy to get caught up and make new friends! And if anyone is in Toronto GTA and wants local support be sure to let me know!

Thanks Liise! This is the first report of my "poster" showing up anywhere but the Florida clinics. It makes me happy to know that it has helped you. It's great that your son is taking his health so seriously at such a young age. I wish I had. I've got so many "souvenirs" from my super morbid obesity (that I wish I didn't have). If I just would have been smarter with my body when I was younger...
Congrats on your progress. You're getting so close to goal.
Yes, things are pretty busy here these days. I try to keep up as best I can, but it's a challenge.

On Monday I will take a pic of the Wall of Fame at my clinic and send to you - its a great poster and prominently displayed!
