I also run another message board, similar to this one, but with about half the users.

My only little rec's would be to take all the pinned items for the general discussion board and post them elsewhere.

I have a board called Announcements and FAQ where all the pins go, then the Interest of all board first pages becomes full of interactive posts rather than pinned items.

This is my only feedback on a large board, so you are doing an awesome job otherwise!  Keep it up!

PS...  I should add that its not a diet board  Its just a bunch of woman who got married in Vegas and keep touch after the weddings.

Sorry if this post gave the impression that I was plugging another diet board:(

I created a bulletins section for that purpose awhile back.  Some things got move there, but not everything.  I use the "New Posts" link when reading, so I never really notice all the pinned stuff at the top of each forum.  What does everyone else think?  Move all the pinned stuff off to Bullentins except the things that have to stay with the particular forum they are in?
