On maintenance this is my favorite bread.  It has a great taste, and not quite so much fiber as the "Double Fiber Wheat" variety (reviewed separately).  It's not approved for strict, but the "numbers" are nearly identical to several breads that are.  I don't eat much bread (I prefer to use low carb pitas for most things), but when I do buy bread, this is what I buy 99% of the time.  In my area (Florida) it's found pretty easily on the top shelf of the bread aisle in most grocery stores.

Note that there are two sizes of loaves available, and the nutritional content of the slices is actually different depending on which size loaf you buy (because the slices are different sizes).  If you buy the 20 ounce loaf (which is what I usually see), the "net carbs" in a slice are the same as the "Double Fiber Wheat" (8g net) -- there's not as much fiber, but the total carbs number is lower.

20 oz. loaf:
1 slice (26g), Calories: 50, Fat: 1g, Carbs: 10g, Dietary Fiber: 2g, (so Net Carbs: 8g), Protein 4g.

24 oz. loaf:
1 slice (28g), Calories: 60, Fat: 1g, Carbs: 11g, Dietary Fiber: 2g, (so Net Carbs: 9g), Protein 4g.
