This is for sure my favourite for using on salads.  I find it is the one with the most natural taste which has a nice little punch.  Fact is I still continue to use it almost exclusively during maintenance. The flavour also tends to go nicely with all different flavours of food you are eating along with it.  Highly recommended.

This dressing is very good.  I like the "Walden Farms Italian with Sun-Dried Tomato" (rated separately) better, but this one is also very good.
