My review: Packaging: the new packaging is pretty but impractical. Not sure why they have cutouts in the front and back and the directions are very hard to find. In fact, I had given up and decided to make it the way I make other mixes, when I stumbled across them written on the top of the front insert and blocked by the box frame. And they're wrong. Well, not as right as they should be. When you make a drink from powder, you should always add about two tbsp of the liquid to the powder first and mix it well to form a paste. Then add the rest of the liquid and mix with a whisk. Otherwise you end up with a lumpy mess.
Taste: no complaints here. The taste of this hot chocolate is very good.
Texture: texture for a drink? Well, in this case I had to comment. If you're like me and can't drink hot drinks until they cool a bit, you'll need a spoon handy. A yucky skin will form on the top if this drink sits. Just mix it in well before you drink. Except for that, and made the way I described above, this hot chocolate is silky smooth and goes down easy.

This is really delicious, however, I mix it up with my little Braun mixer to get it smooth. Or, you can just add a little boiling water at a time and mix it up until it's a good consistency. I've really enjoyed it on these cold mornings.
