Review: Although there is definitely a sour cream & onionish flavour, I thought these were way too salty and too crunchy. As with the BBQ flavour, the roof of my mouth felt almost torn up after eating these. I didn't find them "gross" but I wouldn't recommend them.

This is one of the few protein products I've tried that I didn't like.  The BBQ flavor are very good, but these are gross.  Note that the WonderSlim sour cream and onion Crunch O's (reviewed separately) are however fantastic.

I actually did not mind these at all (had ordered a sample) because they are super super crunchy and very very salty. (I am admittedly a saltaholic) But they are also very dry so you definitely need your water bottle beside you when eating...both for the salt and the dryness !
