Good morning everybody.  I am down 1.0 since Monday.

Well here I am again...I restarted on Monday and so far lost 4.2. I was off the diet for a while and not watching what I ate and of coursed gained weight. I'm back to lose the last 38.4 pounds to reach my goal weight. Please help me achieve this goal with your support. I do need it.

Good morning.   Down 1.4

I'll be away from Friday to Sunday, so no weigh in, or shot on Friday for me.   It will be challenging eating out every meal for 3 days.

Great weigh in's everyone so far .... that is til me!   I'm only down .2 again so still up from last week and not sure what is going on.  It's frustrating but I'll plug on and get this weight off somehow!!!

also down only .2........ trying to keep my head up. The head nurse called the doctor and they told me im only allowed to workout 3 times a week. Does that seem weird to anyone else but me?

UP 0.6 for the first time since I started.  My excuses, justifications, and reasons are: not enough water yesterday, additional salt yesterday, and I ate later than 7pm yesterday.  Oh, yeah, and TOM.  

Hanging in there though, drowning in water.

I have been soooo busy that I haven't had a chance to peak in here, but....I HAD to return because I can't do it without you all!

I am going on a cruise in 3 weeks which I am hoping to be down to 145 by then, plan on behaving and maintaining while I am away a week and then working my way down to my goal of 135.....lots of motivation - my baby sister got engaged last weekend and I am her bridal party!!! She is getting married the 1st week of January in the Bahamas!!! I promised myself no hint of a muffin top in any of the pictures which are going to hang in her house my entire life, kwim?  

I saw my nurses this afternoon, I go to the Newmarket clinic and I missed those girls, they are so amazing!

Happy to be back!

Down 1.4 from Monday, I am more than happy with that and I am feeling great again, it is nice to be back.  Hoefully this time I lose more from other areas since after the last time I had a tummy tuck, so this time there is nothing to lose from the tummy.

I am down 0.6.  I have been craving more than usual,but I am also having a hard time getting in all my water.

Sherrie - We are at the same weight. : ) Were you happy with the results of your tummy tuck?

I plan to do a breast lift and tummy tuck once I reach goal.    :thumbs:
