I know the program doesn't count carb grams, but I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts on daily carb intake.  I'm thinking specifically of the Bernstein bars, which I've been having for breakfast everyday with 15 grams of carbs, as opposed to the Bernstein shakes (which I haven't tried yet) which only have 3 carb grams.  I'm assuming if I get rid of the extra 12 carb grams by switching to the shakes, it should help with the weight loss?????????

Being particularly carb sensitive myself, that is exactly what I did when on strict.  I preferred the shake over the bar for that very reason.
