Just wanted to say "hi"!  I just started Dr. B's diet at the new clinic that just opened in Peterborough, ON.  Start date was September 16th (I think I was almost the first person through the door!) and am already seeing great results!  Looking forward to continued success, and glad to find this forum!

I will add my welcome to all the welcomes that you have already gotten.  You get invaluable advice and support in these forums and I don't know if I would've made it through without them.  Its nice to be able to 'talk' to people who are in the same boat as you.  They can more easily relate to any problems and they can congratulate louder than anyone on your successes.  Great work so far.
