I've tried to make sense of this and to see if it is addressed anywhere else but I failed to find it. What does EQ mean at the end of someone's ticker? Sorry to be dense but it's driving me nuts not to know!

Hi Shelley.....Welcome to the forum !

EQ is on the end of the Maintenance ticker and stands for "equilibrium" which is the term used in the  Dr. B maintence booklet for once you pass week 12 and now have the hang of what you need to eat in order to maintain and not lose or gain....i.e. reaching weight balance or "equilibrium".  :D

Thanks very much Ada, as I'm not even close to maintenance and have only been on the program for 3 weeks or so I had never heard that expression. But now I know. Thanks again for answering my question!
