I searched through the forums, and could not find the answer to my question, so I am hoping someone can help me out!
I made the Cauliflower and Cheese Soup for my family tonight (it was a major hit!) and I only had one bowl. How would I fill this out on my diet sheet? I obviously didn't have the full 1 protein and 2 vegetables.
If anyone can clarify this for me, I would appreciate it!

On your diet sheet write recipe # and the page #...if you look at the recipe it will also give how many servings the recipe made...divide that number from the amount of people that ate it...that is your portion size.
