Hi Everyone,
    I have a question that I am hoping to have answered tonigh...sorry for the late notice but I was preparing food for my week and it just occurred to me...

I like many of you, leave for the clinic then head straight for work so before I leave the house I have all of my food that I am going to eat in my day (even supper as I have school tomorrow)

In the maintenance book it states that I follow strict for the first two days after my last strict injection, would that have been Friday? as tomorrows will be the single that kicks off my maintenance, I have followed strict all weekend.

I suppose if no one knows I will just pack for strict eating for Monday and ask the nurse, but I kind of wanted to start my NWE tomorrow as I have split up my food in handy 6 portions eating small meals every two hours...

Hey Jenn....as I understand it after Friday's double today would be you last day of strict menu.... :bounce:   Go for it tomorrow girl .....you well deserve that 1st day of Week 1 maintenance menu !! :thumbs:
