Hi Everyone!!
Congrats on the losses over the weekend!
I am restarting today after being away for the past 5 months.
It was a great summer ~ we bought a new trailer, spent a few weeks at the lake, enjoyed friends, barbecues and wine on the patio on hot summer nights (when it wasn't raining..lol), I got engaged in July :)  ~ and gained 16 lbs. :p
I have my ticker ready to roll and to finish what I started.  
Looking forward to being a "loser" with you all!!

Hey everyone!

I ended up losing 0.8 lbs. since Fri. Unfortunately, I had the stomache flu and didnt eat too much. I think I may have put myself in "starvation mode" and I didn't drink a lot of water. I feel much better now and treated myself to a bowl of fresh strawberries with chocolate sauce (Walden Farms of course!)

Hello all, this is a great day!  I weighed in at 114.4 (down a lb from last week) (goal weight 115-105) and have been allowed to progress to the next phase of the diet: Week II.  I went right from the clinic to Farm Boy and bought one of their wonderful whole grain breads.  For breakfast I had Cracked Wheat cereal for the first time since starting the diet about 5 months ago.  Imagine feeling that cooked cereal is a treat!  My fear of regaining the weight I lost is still lurking in my mind but I'm feeling much more confident today that it is possible for me to stay thin.  It's wonderful to have this forum for support and sharing!

Just wanted to update too...

I am being pretty even and losing a pound a day!

I have been on the program for 1.5 weeks now and am amazed at how much I have lost, although I was fine in the first week for hunger and this week I am ravenous!  Hopefully that will pass soon...drinking more water....
