I am new to the Dr B Diet and I am confused with the "herbal Teas" On the food list it says Herbal tea is allowed then below it says no fruit tea. I have tea which is wild raspberry herbal tea???? Can I drink this, there are zero carbs.

Thanks :D

I would ask the clinic to be sure.  I think there is quite a grey area there, because many herbal teas have some fruit flavours in them.  I think the clinic is more concerned with fruit teas that would contain sugar and carbs.  If there are no carbs, and little to no calories, it is probably fine.  Your clinic can give you an official answer.

I find those sorts of teas very helpful in controlling cravings and warding off evening hunger, so if this particular brand of tea is not appropriate I'm sure your clinic could make suggestions for ones that are.

Best of luck.  It looks like you are having great success so far!

Welcome to the diet and the forum Ellen ! :)   Some fruit herbal teas may contain traces of sugar from the fruit infusion.  So one cup a day would not make much of a difference but drinking unlimited quantities may.  I would definitely check out it out with the clinic.  Perhaps you could also let us all know what they said.
