Hey guys,

Okay, heres a silly thing that happened...and I feel really dumb writing this. I just realized that my weight scale (which i bought from Dr. B last year when I was on the program) was not working correctly and was overestimating the weight of the food i was eating. Consequently, I seemed to be eating too little each day than the recommended amount.....DOH!! So finally the weight scale busted in my dishwasher and I went out and bought another weight scale from Dr. B, this is how I realized I could have been having a feast every day! Anyways, do you guys think that this could have in any way affected my weight loss at all? I,m just wondering by eating a bit more than I have been that my weight loss could have been more or less?? I guess i'm just wondering that I may have put my self in starvation mode that may have hindered my weight loss?? Anyways...not to complain cause I feel that I am doing well in the program.

Thanks
