I haven't been around in a bit and just updated my ticker. I thought I already hit my 1 year goal anniversary earlier this month, but I guess it was this past Sunday. How quickly we forget! I hope everyone else is doing well!

Thanks Everyone!  As for what my success is... I try to eat healthy (most of the time  :D  ). I've been exercising a lot lately. I just ran my first 5K earlier this month and I'm running a 10K in late Nov!  Also having my weight near 200 helps. I make sure I don't go over it. I can't stand seeing that 1 turn into a 2.  I have been weak lately for chocolate and the carb cycle hits hard for me. I was having a bit of a problem with it and is probably the reason I dropped by here. I then looked at my before and after pics (Still have to update with the last few photos!) and I can't believe I used to be that big. Its a real motivator. I haven't had one piece of candy since I looked at the pics. I'm actually starting to think like a thin person most of the time. I'm not there totally, but I'm getting there.
