Morning everyone.
I'm only down 0.6 over the weekend but burning like a fiend. I figure my body is still in adjustment mode (plus 183-185 seems to be one of my set points) so I'm not feeling discouraged...yet. lol.

Good work, Bri! It will probably show up more in the coming days.
I had a good weigh-in. I was down 1.6lbs. I also made my 2nd two week goal today, so that felt good. I even had 2 pounds to spare!
I am feeling really motivated right now, because I really want to get below 200lbs. I'm getting close! My home scales are 3 pounds lighted than the Dr. B ones, so on those I'm even closer (even though it might not be true ).
My new two week goal is to be 200.8 to 203.8, but I've set my own goal of 199.9!

Way to go girls!!! I was down 0.2 this morning myself but I think it's "MOTHER NATURE's fault" I find my home scales are about 2 - 3 lbs lighter too but I think that's because I'm stark naked and haven't had anything to eat or drink when I weigh myself in the morning at home. Either way as long as it's going down that's all that matters right!

Bri, your attitude is awesome. Heather, you'll make your goal, just stay strict!!! I am totally excited too about getting below two hundred!
I'm down 2.8 over the weekend, which is awesome! I was up the last week, so now I am back where I was before I went on my trip (and diet vacation). I am wearing a pair of size 20 pants that just two months ago were too tight, and how they are falling off me! I have no other pants for work right now. Time to go shopping for size 16 - 18!!! I might even be able to shop in a "regular" store. Thrilling.

Hello everyone. I don't know where to post! lol. I just joined this morning. The staff were excellent. I had to cut the consultation short, but I still think I'll be ok. I got my 'bag' of goodies and am reading it over now. I am sooooo excited.

You have come to the right place! We generally have a 'weigh-in' post every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so everyone can log in and update their weight.
If you go into your 'control panel' at the top of your screen you can click on the 'make my custom ticker' and then everyone can follow along with your progress.
Congratulations on starting!
