Hi guys,

I am down just 0.2lbs today.  I'm fine with that, because I had big drops on both Monday and Wednesday (3.4 and 2.8).

Hey all,

Heather I'm in the same boat - only down 0.2 today. Seem my body doesn't want to lose more than 6 lbs on my first week back, lol!

Hope I see a decent loss on Monday!

I am the same as I was on Wednesday but I wore jeans so I am blaming that!

Anyways I am off to a conference in Ottawa next week so wish me luck...I am going to try to go to the clinic near my hotel and stay strict, but with pre-planned conference food I am not sure, I have the sheets for temp maintenance so we will see.

Jeans are the devil!

You probably lost around a pound, but the jeans weighed you down.

I've started wearing the same thing for every weigh-in.  That way clothes are never a factor.

Great job on weight loss, everyone!

I am down 1.6 since Wednesday and made it into the 160s....woohoo!

I too do the uniform trick it makes it easier to judge but what will we do when we get too small for these clothes. It's a darn shame but it will be great!!!!
 I am down 1.4 today for a total of 17.4 so far. :D  :yahoo:
  Today is my hubby's birthday so I will get him a cake but I think I can resist, it's the snackies for the friends who come over tonite I will have to work on avoiding.

Congratulations to all the losers! I am down 2.2lb after a .2lb gain on Wednesday so I'm very very happy. I took some of the food I had been eating/drinking on Thursday and the nurses advised me to cut down on the Campbell's 25% less sodium chicken broth to see if that made a difference. I'm a devil for salt so I've been trying to cut down salting my food as well. It worked!
