Heya,

Well, it's even worse than I thought. My start weight is now 191 (1st time I started it was 203) so I've gained all but 12 pounds back (which means I've gained 38 pounds).

Anyway...I suppose it could be worse...and I've definitely learned from my mistakes. (or hope I have!) Here's to a fresh start.

Try to think of it this way....positively....
You are starting again and you are committed this time.

And it could be worse, you could have gained back that last 12 plus more :)

Bri -- I agree with everyone else, you have reason to be proud -- you're back!

I'm up .2 from Wed... blaming it on jeans Friday :)

I am down 0.4 lbs today.  It's a bit dissapointing, because I only lost 0.6 on Wednesday, but at least I'm moving in the right direction.

I'm hoping for a bigger drop on Monday.

Bri,  at least you came back now before it was all back on, or even more.  And just think-it's only going down from here.

Hi Ladies,

Down 2.6 since Wednesday which I am SO happy about. I haven't seen the 180's for as long as I can remember and am stoked that I have stuck to this even though it hasn't been the easiest thing to follow.

Bri, congrats on returning and good luck to you on your journey!

I haven't weighed myself in a bit (haven't been to the clinic this week as the holiday and my work schedule got me off track a bit for morning times.)
I am down to 241 so down 3 lbs the week... 1.5 probably mid week and another 1.5 wednesday to Friday...  Anyway... hopefully 230's by next week (yeahhhh)

Down . 8 since Wednesday.  All is good.
