Hi guys,
I am down 0.6lbs today. I was hoping for more, but maybe it will show up on Monday. So now my total weight loss is 10.6 pounds.
I am off to my cottage for the weekend with my brother and sister, so my big challenge is to be strick and stay away from the tempting mashed potatoes. Oh, what I would give for some mashed potatoes! But I know it's not worth it. I'm feeling quite motivated, so I know I'll be able to do it.

Oh my god I agree, would love mashed potatoes with gravy! But we are strong...hear us roar!
I am actually up 0.2 of a pound today, but probably need to drink more water. Have a great long weekend everyone

Down 2.6 since Wednesday despite having a weak moment at the movies on Wednesday night and eating popcorn. Yikes!
Working ALL weekend, so hoping that I resist the temptations of Turkey dinners and all the fixin's! Happy Thanksgiving everyone

Hey Everyone, I am down 1.2lbs since Wednesday and I surpassed my 2 week goal weight of 154lbs, so I am very pleased:) I am hoping to get through the weekend as well! My mom has asked me to bake the pies for Thanksgiving- I love to bake, but this year I will have to let everyone else enjoy them:) Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

Down .8 in last week, which is OK b/c I was on the business trip from hell. 10 lbs in first 3 weeks.

I'm down a whopping 3.4 lbs since Wednesday
More water and no protein bars I think were very good for me. And much less diet soda.

I stayed the same-but I made a silly mistake. I had Dr. B porridge for breakfast and protein bar for dinner. I don't know what I was thinking. I am still tracing, which is good, so the nurse just told me to up my water big time and I should be fine on Wednesday.
