So i just bought me a george foremen grill and this tasted amazing on it
1 small Pita Gourmet Pita Pockets High Protein 115 grams of : onion thinly sliced tomatoes thinly sliced mushrooms thinly sliced green pepper diced 1 tbsp tomato puree1 1 tsp mixed dried orgegno Allegro 4% Skimmed Milk Cheese 45 grams
To make: Slit open one side of the pitta breads and spread the tomato puree over the pitta breads
In a bowl combine the thinly sliced onions, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, cheese & herbs together mix well. Divide the mixture between the two halves of the pita pockets and place on a hot grill. Grill for 3–5 minutes until fully heated through and the cheese has melted
Serving ( 2 breads, 1/2 veg, 1 protien)
