Great start Mystical.  You're going to love this diet.  I'm down 1.8 lbs from Wednesday, which works for me.  Tonight I'm going dancing!!!

Yeah I am down 2.2lbs! Weekends are when my weight stalls... but I am going to make it! I will make sure all my foods are with me no matter where I go!  Talk to you all on Monday!

Only down 0.6. Boo. Not impressed lately! I seem to be burning at a fantastic rate but only losing bits here and there.

The nurse said today that according to a seminar they attended on Tuesday it is better to lose it at a slower rate so you won't gain it back as fast, but when I'm paying to lose pounds it's really discouraging! I was hoping last time when I paid for a whole month that I wouldn't need to again, but it looks like I'll have to pay for at least a couple more weeks. Argh.

I was up 0.4 today BUT I have an explaination. I bought new pants and had to retire my light cargo pants. I know my home scale read down a pound so I am happy.
