Hi guys,

Well, I am down 1.2lbs today, putting me exactly at 200lbs.  I tried so hard to shift around on the scale, trying to get it to say 199.8!  Didn't happen.  Oh well, I'll get there.  

The good news is that I'm now over the half way point to my goal, and I will be under 200 lbs on Wednesday, at least I better be!

Yay Heather - great job as always :) Just think, without clothes you are definitely under 200! :)

I sorta skipped Friday (don't ask!) so am down 1.4 from Wed. Chugging along.

Congrats Heather...I am sooo looking forward to being under 200 lbs!  I am going to knock my family's socks off at Christmas!

I was at a board meeting at the end of last week and was eating all the time (it was at a spa) so I really buckled down on the weekend and I am happy to say I am down 3.2 since last Wednesday!

I am happy to say I'm down 3lbs since friday, and super excited that i'm finally in the 220s now and i can't wait to be 200 or less! :cool:

SOOO happy that I am down 1.8 since Friday, bringing me closer to my goal! Yay for more than 0.4!

Well, I dunno what's going on with my body... but after being on a diuretic for a week, I finally moved from "stall" phase down to 150.4 last Wednesday.  Then -- the following day -- I gained 3 lbs (!!!) up to 153.2 on Thursday.  Now I'm down a pound, to 152.2.  This is frustrating (not to mention expen$ive) and I'm getting cranky.  Arrgh!  :soapbox:

I feel your frustration Reggie. I've only lost 1 lb since last Monday as I went up on Wednesday and only slightly down on Friday. Plus I was out of ketosis on Friday! No idea why but I did increase my protein a couple of times. Because I exercise so much they told me I could have up to 3 extra proteins a week but I can't just increase the protien size I have, I have to have it 4 or so hours separately from the other 2 meals. Oooops. So that may be the reason. I was so paranoid on the weekend that I actually didn't eat all my carbs and fruit and I was still only tracing this morning. I almost always just trace, once or twice I got to +1 one and considering I exercise for a minumum of 30 min every day I'm surprised I burn so low.

Oh well I have lost over 32 lbs in about 9 weeks so I'm trying hard not to be to discouraged but I really hope I have a better week this week. I hope you do to Reggie! It certainly can be very frustrating!!

I lost 3.6 lbs over the weekend. I'm exactly halfway to my goal weight. So exciting :D

I'm up 1.6 from Friday, because I ate much and drank some booze on Friday night.  Almost worth it, though I had a lot of fun dancing!

I was super strict (no fruit even) on Saturday and Sunday, hoping that would get me back into ketosis immediately and drop the weight - but no, my body is getting smarter than that.  I was only tracing this morning.  Lesson learned - you play, you pay!
