Reggie Well, I dunno what's going on with my body... but after being on a diuretic for a week, I finally moved from "stall" phase down to 150.4 last Wednesday. Then -- the following day -- I gained 3 lbs (!!!) up to 153.2 on Thursday. Now I'm down a pound, to 152.2. This is frustrating (not to mention expen$ive) and I'm getting cranky. Arrgh! |

ShelleyV I feel your frustration Reggie. I've only lost 1 lb since last Monday as I went up on Wednesday and only slightly down on Friday. Plus I was out of ketosis on Friday! No idea why but I did increase my protein a couple of times. Because I exercise so much they told me I could have up to 3 extra proteins a week but I can't just increase the protien size I have, I have to have it 4 or so hours separately from the other 2 meals. Oooops. So that may be the reason. I was so paranoid on the weekend that I actually didn't eat all my carbs and fruit and I was still only tracing this morning. I almost always just trace, once or twice I got to +1 one and considering I exercise for a minumum of 30 min every day I'm surprised I burn so low. |

Mirfy I lost 3.6 lbs over the weekend. I'm exactly halfway to my goal weight. So exciting |

MikiFox I'm up 1.6 from Friday, because I ate much and drank some booze on Friday night. Almost worth it, though I had a lot of fun dancing! |
